These are not regulations reproduced for clients, but four evidence groups KORE uses to evaluate site quality. Each project remains subject to its design, site conditions, responsible parties and applicable rules.
IT-01 / REAL SITESelect 503 or 504 flush boxes to match drawings and plate modules. Multiple boxes on one wall share level, alignment and finished depth. The responsible installer tests the system and issues compliance documents.
IT-02 / TECHNICAL VISUALVerify substrate, materials and setting-out before checking adhesive coverage, joints, flatness, falls and movement joints. The quality of large-format tiling is largely hidden behind the tile.
IT-03 / TECHNICAL VISUALWalls, floors, corners, penetrations, joints and drainage points are treated continuously with compatible system materials. Junctions are photographed and checked before tiling.
IT-04 / REAL SITEAfter preparation, straightedges and levels verify flatness, plumb and corners. Deviations are corrected before paint or tiling rather than concealed by the final layer.
Three direct actions show the priorities: flatness, alignment, full contact, continuity and the details that disappear beneath the finish.
REAL 01 / ELECTRICALA real record of distribution-board wiring. Circuits, protection, labelling and functional testing determine future maintainability.
REAL 02 / DRYWALLCurved openings, ceilings, lighting and MEP penetrations are coordinated together; board joints and edges are checked before closing.
REAL 03 / JOINERYComponents are preassembled and checked for connections and loads before finishing. Bespoke furniture follows the same verifiable delivery logic.
Electrical, walls, drywall, painting, joinery and final installation are organised as an independent visual record following the actual sequence.
Not another construction sequence, but a clear statement of what each phase must confirm.
Drawings, materials, service points and responsibilities are confirmed before site work begins.
Setting-out, colour and special junctions are confirmed through a first standard sample.
Waterproofing, services, frames and other concealed work are inspected and photographed.
Final dimensions and functions are tested, defects resolved and required documents handed over.
